Scottish Care's workforce event, which focuses on support the care workforce.

Luminate are working collaboratively with BBC Music Day to host a fun, dementia inclusive singing event, presented by Stephen Deazley and Joy Dunlop with live accompaniment, and featuring an exciting mix of English and Gaelic language songs.

This training day is designed to help leaders interested in this field of work to develop new and stronger skills and knowledge around choral leadership and dementia-inclusive practice, to increase the accessibility of choirs and singing opportunities across Scotland to people living with dementia and their carers.

Presented by Stephen Deazley, this dementia inclusive singing event will feature an exciting mix of classic songs in lots of styles. This is a chance to sing together with community choirs, singing groups and individual singers from across Dumfries & Galloway.

Age Scotland's Veterans Project has scheduled four days of combined dementia and veterans awareness training.
