TeaTime

TeaTime

TeaTime is a family-first social platform designed to help older people feel closer to the people they love, reducing loneliness and keeping families meaningfully involved in daily life.

Families use TeaTime to privately share photos, videos and messages with their loved one in care, creating a simple and secure way to stay connected from anywhere. TeaTime TV brings those family Moments directly into resident rooms through the television, helping older people enjoy meaningful updates on the screen they already know and trust – with no apps, passwords or new technology for residents to learn.

For care providers, TeaTime can also unlock optional features that allow care teams to capture and approve Moments, share updates, manage residents and family groups, and support a more connected community without adding operational burden.

Together, TeaTime helps families stay close, helps residents feel remembered, and gives care providers a simple way to strengthen connection, trust and communication across their homes.

TeaTime launches in Scotland this November. Join the Pioneer Partners waitlist: https://teatime.family/community-waitlist
