New applications may be received at any time, and our website directory will be updated with new suppliers joining the directory once per calendar month. Listing on the Supplier Directory does not include exhibition space or attendance at any of our events. Event attendance and sponsorships for the National Care Home or National Care at Home and Housing Support events must be arranged separated if required, and will be subject to additional charges. All payments must be made in advance of listings being published on our website. Listings will not be updated during the annual term, except in circumstances where listed information is incorrect eg company rebranding, change of contact information or website address. Scottish Care endeavours to include a wide range of suppliers and categories within the Supplier Directory, and inclusion does not guarantee exclusivity within any business category. Inclusion on the Supplier Directory does not in any way guarantee business or revenue for the supplier. Each Scottish Care member organisation is responsible for their own purchasing and supplier choices, however Scottish Care will highlight our Supplier Directory to members on our website. Scottish Care will operate all agreements in accordance with GDPR regulations. This includes the management of Member information. Suppliers may not act in any way on behalf of Scottish Care, nor will Scottish Care act on behalf of our Supplier Directory organisations. Agreements can be terminated early by Scottish Care in circumstances considered appropriate (e.g. non-payment of invoices, inappropriate conduct etc.).
