Our range of user-friendly modules have been created to give a real-time overview of support delivery, monitor outcomes, evidence value, and produce detailed data driven reports and much more. The “invited guest” functionality empowers Service Users to include family, friends, professionals and their wider circle-of-support into their support plans and communications. iplanit was initially built after years of global research and has been developed in a co-productive way with our customers over the years. The product has a continuous investment plan into it’s roadmap ensuring it remains to the forefront using leading technologies and delivering the widest functional footprint in the market. The current iteration iplanit Version 7.3 represents over 100 work-years and this investment is growing every year. iplanit has a unique architecture built around the Service User, putting them at the heart of all functionalities. Over the past number of years, the iplanit service has been expanded to cover a uniquely wide and deep dataset incorporating the full provider lifecycle for the person supported. This includes data covering referral (intake) through assessment, plans, calendars, and service delivery including incidents, funding, compliance, quality, clinical and management needs.
