Puja, Managing Director at Blanefield Care Ltd has dedicating her career to enhancing the quality of care for the elderly.

Having grown up in the care industry, Puja possesses a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards of providing compassionate care for the elderly. Since 2014, at Blanefield House Care Home, she oversees the well-being of 40 residents and leads a dedicated team of up to 65 staff members, all committed to delivering person-centred care.

Her goal is to support a well-trained, and passionate workforce, ensuring that every individual within their service receives the highest standard of care. She focuses on creating a nurturing environment where both residents and her team can thrive.

Puja joined Scottish Care as Branch Chair for Stirling and Clackmannanshire in 2020, motivated by her passion to support and advocate for the care sector. In September 2024, she strengthened her commitment by joining the executive board of Scottish Care.
