Hello, I am Pamela McFarlane, I am a Regional Director for Abbey Healthcare Ltd and support homes in both South and North Lanarkshire area of Scotland , I am a registered Mental Health Nurse and have worked in the social and healthcare field now for over 18 years.  My current role involves leadership, improving care standards and governance.  I want to ensure that we support people to have the best quality of life and the best outcomes whilst living in our facilities.  I joined as a branch chair to help other colleagues and organisations to share their ideas, open wider discussion’s and offer any guidance and support where I can.
