Maxine Smedley is a clinically trained pharmacist and senior leader in the health and social care sector with extensive experience across the UK care home industry. As Managing Director for Scotland & Wales at HC-One, she leads a large portfolio of care homes with a focus on quality improvement, workforce development and delivering high-quality, person-centred care.  Maxine brings significant operational and clinical leadership experience to her role as a member of the executive team at Scottish Care.
