As Branch Chair for Care at Home in Perth and Kinross, I’m proud to represent and support providers across the region, ensuring their voices are heard and their contributions recognised. With over eight years in the care sector and qualifications up to SVQ 4 in Care and Management, I bring a deep understanding of frontline practice, service management, and sector-wide challenges.

My experience spans supported living, HMO services, community-based care, and day centres. I’ve held leadership roles including Registered Manager, Operations Manager, and currently Regional Manager—working across care at home and housing support services to drive quality, compliance, and innovation.

In my role as Branch Chair, I’m committed to:

• Supporting providers to navigate policy and regulatory changes
• Fostering collaboration with HSCPs, partners, and peers
• Promoting high standards and person-led care delivery in our communities
