I am Jill Summers, Divisional Manager for SRS Care Solutions, with responsibility for overseeing care at home services across Scotland. My role involves providing leadership and governance support to Registered Managers, ensuring services are safe, effective, person-centred and fully compliant with regulatory requirements. I have extensive experience in workforce management, recruitment, safeguarding, quality assurance and service improvement.

Alongside my operational responsibilities, I am proud to serve as a Branch Chair for Scottish Care, representing and supporting providers across the sector. This role enables me to contribute to wider discussions on workforce challenges, recruitment, retention, leadership and the future of social care services in Scotland. Through this involvement, I am able to share best practice, promote collaborative working and advocate for improvements that benefit both care providers and the individuals who rely on social care services.

I am passionate about developing strong teams, supporting managers and creating positive workplace cultures that enable staff to deliver high-quality care and achieve the best possible outcomes for the people we support.
