Having recently stepped into the role of joint chair of the Perth and Kinross Branch of Scottish Care, I am committed to advocating for care at home providers while promoting collaborative working, innovation and excellence across the sector. With over 20 years’ experience delivering care services, I understand the challenges and opportunities within the sector and am committed to supporting those who deliver care to shape the conversation and be heard.

In my role as Managing Director of Oran Homecare, my aim is to strengthen support for small and medium sized care providers, champion the voices of frontline staff, and work closely with key stakeholders to drive positive change. I am particularly passionate about workforce development, ensuring that those who dedicate themselves to care have access to the training, resources, and support they need to thrive.
