Need PPE face shields? We now make them in our family plastics business in Linlithgow. The headband is made from Polypropylene and can be cleaned, reused and recycled. The visor is made from clear PVC. We can make around 1000 per day. If you are interested in these then please get in touch.

Additional details:

My name is David Dickson and I own a small family  plastic injection moulding and toolmaking business in Linlithgow (www.protoshape.co.uk)  Last week,  to help with the supply of protective equipment to fight the coronavirus, I designed and made a plastic injection moulded PPE face shield and am now in production. The headband is made from Polypropylene and can be cleaned, reused and recycled. The visor is made from clear PVC. I am trying to connect with the NHS other key worker organisations to supply these. We can make around 1000 per day.  The headband that holds the visor is £3.60 including vat and the visor is £1.20 including vat. So total £4.80 including vat. People may want to buy extra visors as over time they may become scratched. We may be able to offer a discount for large quantities. If you are interested in these then please get in touch!
