Penumbra Board Member Vacancy – Edinburgh & the East, Scotland

An opportunity has arisen for up to 4 Board Members to join the Penumbra team. Penumbra is one of Scotland’s largest mental health charities that work to promote mental health and wellbeing, prevent mental ill health for people who are at risk, and support those with mental health problems to live a fulfilling life.

Board Members play a crucial role in overseeing the organisation’s operations and ensuring its activities are in the interests of beneficiaries. Responsibilities include active participation in Board meetings and subcommittees to determine strategies, approving policy, and overseeing organisational performance, as well as fostering effective relationships.
