Please see below for the amendment to the Care Inspection Framework for Care Homes. The Care Inspectorate has developed this following the duties placed on by the Coronavirus (Scotland) (No 2) Bill and subsequent guidance that the reports and inspection must have infection control and staffing evaluated (graded). In order to meet this challenging time scale, they have developed a Question 7 for Quality Framework Care Homes. This will support consistency of assessment and benchmarking for evaluations (grading) it also puts Wellbeing of People at the heart of what we are doing.
