Healthcare Improvement Scotland recently hosted a webinar session with Suzie Bailey, Director of Leadership and Organisational Development at The King’s Fund.  This session was titled ‘Leading beyond Covid – time for a leadership detox?’.

In this session, Suzie Bailey (Director of Leadership and Organisational Development at the King’s Fund) reflects on the learning from the 2020 pandemic and the current leadership approaches in health and care services in the UK and beyond.
