2019/20 Residential Care Charging Rules

The Scottish Government has issued a 2019/20 advance notice on changes to care home charges regarding:

  • Free Personal and Nursing Care Payments
  • Personal Expenses Allowance (PEA)
  • Capital Limits
  • Savings Disregards

These figures will be in place from April 2019.
