Care at Home Awards for 2025

The Care Home Awards 2025 brought together Scotland’s care home community for a night of celebration, recognition, and inspiration at the Hilton Hotel, Glasgow, on Friday 14 November 2025. These prestigious annual awards shine a spotlight on the outstanding dedication, innovation, and achievements of the care home workforce across Scotland.

This year’s ceremony, hosted by Michelle McManus, was a true celebration of the sector’s commitment and compassion. The evening was filled with anticipation as finalists from across the country gathered, representing the very best in care home practice and leadership.

The awards ceremony celebrated a wide range of categories, including Meaningful Activity, Training, Learning & Staff Development, Emerging Talent, Outstanding Achievement, Leadership, Palliative & End of Life Care Practice, Nurse of the Year, Care Worker of the Year, Specialist Service/Unit of the Year, Care Home Service of the Year, and the Care Innovation Award. Every finalist and winner exemplifies the values and excellence that define our sector.

We also extend our sincere thanks to all our sponsors for their generous support, which helped make the evening such a memorable celebration. Special appreciation goes to The Nursing Partnership for welcoming our guests with arrival drinks, Radar Healthcare for providing table wine, and Citation for adding excitement to the evening with three surprise cash prizes hidden under lucky napkins. Our gratitude also goes to Hilton for donating a hotel stay prize, adding an extra touch of hospitality to the event. As well as Onecloud Healthcare for sponsoring the welcome entertainment, Dhol & Pipes, a fusion Indian drums and Scottish bagpipes which help us raised the roof.
