Care home break-ins

Care home break-ins

Scottish Care has been made aware that a number of care homes have been experiencing break-ins. We wholly condemn this act and believe that is utterly shameful.

These break-ins appear to be happening across different areas in the country. The police believe that these offences may be carried out by the same group.

We would like to advise all care home providers to be particularly vigilant and where possible try to employ extra precautionary and security measures. Please also report any suspicious activity to the police.
