Workforce Matters 2026: Valuing Social Care Expertise – Resilience, Relationships and Professional Judgement
Scottish Care is delighted to invite members to our next Workforce Matters event, taking place on Thursday 1 October 2026 at The Boardwalk, Glasgow. Bringing together social care leaders, managers and workforce professionals from across Scotland, this event will explore how social care expertise can be better recognised, respected and valued within an increasingly complex and challenging landscape.
Through a series of interactive discussions and shared learning opportunities, delegates will examine the realities of leadership, the importance of resilience and peer support, and the role of professional judgement in delivering high-quality, person-led care. The day will provide valuable opportunities to connect with colleagues, reflect on current challenges, and contribute to conversations about how we strengthen leadership, professional confidence and workforce development across the independent social care sector.
