Since early in 2018, Campbell has been privileged to be Managing Director of Highland Home Carers (HHC).

HHC are one of Scotland’s largest Employee Owned companies, and one of Scotland’s leading Adult Social Care and Care Academy organisations.

Campbell has worked in a variety of senior roles, across Health & Social Care, since 1990 : Statutory Sector (NHS and Scottish Government), Charitable Sector, and Independent Sector.
