Kirsty Cartin is a member of the Scottish Care Executive – a nurse with over 20 years’ experience dedicated to delivering outstanding, person-centred care. Kirsty is a passionate advocate for care homes as vital community assets, with a strong focus on clinical leadership, palliative care, staff wellbeing, and challenging perceptions of the care home sector.
