Social Care Providers Communities of Practice Teams site
This site was originally created last year to support the Adults Care Homes Under 65 Framework (AS00724) following collaborative work with Iriss and key stakeholders. Feedback from the provider consultation process highlighted the need for a dedicated platform where providers could share information and collaborate.
The purpose of the site has always been to centralize resources, reduce email traffic, and enable more efficient communication. Its key objectives are to:
• Share relevant training links from HSCP with providers
• Support collaboration among providers, including sharing & costs for bespoke training
• Strengthen partnership working
• Improve outcomes for staff and the people we support
now working on rolling platform out to all other providers to enable them to communicate and work more closely together.
