I’m an experienced Project Administrator with a strong background in Business Administration and extensive experience in the public sector. Since 2021, I’ve been part of Scottish Care, where I support the delivery of projects by focusing on effective coordination, operational planning, and stakeholder engagement.
In my current role, I help strengthen organisational infrastructure by developing and implementing operational procedures and processes. I work closely across teams, including Finance, HR, Event Planning, and diary management, to support joined-up, efficient ways of working. My approach is grounded in consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement, and I take pride in enabling the wider team to deliver key programmes and priorities effectively.
Before this, I spent nearly 20 years with Glasgow Health and Social Care Partnership. During that time, I developed a broad range of experience across services, including adult services commissioning for older people, children and families, and continuing care. This gave me a strong understanding of complex systems and the strategic challenges within health and social care.
Overall, I’m someone who works comfortably at both operational and strategic levels. I focus on bringing structure and clarity to the work tasked to me, and supporting collaborative, outcome-focused approaches.
