Bringing together social care leaders\, managers and workforce professionals from across Scotland\, this event will explore how social care expertise can be better recognised\, respected and valued within an increasingly complex and challenging landscape. \n\nThrough a series of interactive discussions and shared learning opportunities\, delegates will examine the realities of leadership\, the importance of resilience and peer support\, and the role of professional judgement in delivering high-quality\, person-led care.
