We should all by now be planning and preparing for winter. This year we will still have the usual Flu, Norovirus and other Winter viruses, however, we now face the added challenge of Covid-19 . We need to ensure winter plans are in place to allow us to protect our most vulnerable, those adults who are in receipt of care and our workforce who look after them.
