Celebrating SISCC – Building on the foundations & planning for the future

The SISCC 2017 Consortium Event has been designed to provide you with the opportunity to learn more about the SISCC, our work and how this is helping to develop the evidence-base to support improvements in health and social care.

In addition to sharing, we want to engage with delegates from health, social care, researchers, policy makers and the third sector to help to inform our future priorities and shape our work programme and develop future collaborations around:

• Evidence-into-practice: neonatal care
• Improvement methods and approaches
• Large scale behaviour change
• Older People’s health & wellbeing
