We regret to announce that at short notice, Donald has been called to give evidence on the National Care Service, Winter Plan, and the current state of social care at the Scottish Parliament on Tuesday 31 October, coinciding with the scheduled Surgery. Karen is also unavailable due to an urgent meeting. We hope that members understand that attending the Parliament is a priority and therefore the Surgery has to be cancelled.
