The Golden Times Concert for care homes will take place on Saturday 24th April from 2pm to 4pm.

The event was originally postponed from Saturday 17th April due to the funeral of his Royal Highness, Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh on that date.

The whole event was inspired by hearing about how many families have been affected by being unable to see or meet their loved ones in care homes during COVID-19 pandemic across the UK. Many of the residents are also suffering from dementia.

The team for Golden Times are also fundraising for the Alzheimer’s Society, UK’s leading charity supporting those suffering from dementia.
