We all know that the effective delivery of social services face critical challenges as social and demographic changes drive up expectations of what social services can deliver.  Users of services need and expect higher quality and seamless services and there is increasing pressure on resources.

This event will support you to meet the challenge of translating knowledge into practice by introducing you to a range of knowledge and improvement tools and techniques, to help in delivering transformational change in your workplace.  You will leave the session with a set of tools, services and support options to help you to use knowledge and deliver improvement in frontline practice and service delivery.
