Eligible events include our National Care at Home and Housing Support event, Friday 16th May 2025 at the Radisson Blu Glasgow, and our National Care Home event, Friday 14th November 2025 at the Hilton Glasgow. Please note exhibition space does not include attendance to the evening awards which must be booked separately. Events for 2026 will be confirmed ahead of the start of your second year of partnership. There is no requirement to add any additional items to Commercial Partnership packages, however these can be arranged at the start of the year, or at any time throughout the year if preferred. Any known additional items or activities for the year can be added to annual invoices if helpful to create one annual invoice. Any additional items can also be invoiced separately if preferred. Please complete the below section with invoicing details, including contact details if different from the partnership contact, Company Name (as it should appear on invoices) * Invoice Contact Name * Invoice Contact Email * Invoice Contact Telephone * Company Address * PO Number (if required) Terms and Conditions Package Inclusions Commercial Partnership packages include : -Standard single 3m x 2m exhibition place at one of our National events, with 2 exhibitor passes -Listing on the Scottish Care website as a Commercial Partner -Inclusion in the Commercial Partnership section of our quarterly Members Bulletin -Discounted rates on advertising -Use of our Commercial Partnerships logo to highlight your support -Early booking opportunities for National events -Highlighting of partnership at Scottish Care events -Inclusion in our Commercial Partner update to members twice annually -Listing in our Supplier Directory -Listing of Scottish Care Member providers -Dedicated Partnership contact Please read Terms and Conditions for Commercial Partnerships -Applications will close on Friday 14th March 2025, and ahead of the new term start date of 1st April 2025. -Agreements will last for 2 years (01.04.25-31.03.27), and will be reviewed prior to expiring. -Once Commercial Partnerships are selected and confirmed, the invoice must be paid within 30 days of applications closing (14 April 2025) -Please note that while our commercial partnerships are for a two-year term, payment is required annually. The annual cost for our Commercial Partnerships is £1,500 + VAT, and for our Gold Commercial Partnerships, it is £3,500 + VAT. -All commercial partners must commit to attend at least one Scottish Care event as an exhibitor each year during the agreement period, and one single exhibition space and 2 exhibitor passes at one event is included in packages. This can include National Care Home or National Care at Home and Housing Support events, and should be confirmed at the start of your partnership agreement. - Commercial Partnership does not guarantee a specific event stand space location, however our team will work with partners to find the best options for them for stand space locations within event floor plans. Commercial Partnership package event space is non-refundable should the supplier fail to attend the event. Suppliers are encouraged (where applicable) to attend further events to connect with members, and additional fees for further event space or attendance can be added to your package or billed separately. -All payments must be made in advance as per our terms and conditions. -Commercial Partners must be able to assist our membership across the whole of Scotland with goods or services. -All agreements must include discounts, offers or unique services exclusive and relevant to Scottish Care members. -Scottish Care endeavours to include a range of suppliers and categories within the Commercial Partners list, and while we will make efforts to limit companies within the same category where possible, inclusion does not guarantee exclusivity within any business category. -Inclusion on the Commercial Partners list does not in any way guarantee business or revenue for the supplier. Each Scottish Care member organisation is responsible for their own purchasing and supplier choices, however Scottish Care will highlight Commercial Partners to members as detailed. -Scottish Care will operate all agreements in accordance with GDPR regulations. This includes the management of Member information. -Suppliers may not act in any way on behalf of Scottish Care, nor will Scottish Care act on behalf of our Commercial Partners. -Agreements can be terminated early by Scottish Care in circumstances considered appropriate (e.g. non-payment of invoices, non-attendance of exhibitions, inappropriate conduct etc.). -New listings will be updated and added from the information provided as quickly as possible at the start of the new partnership term.
