We are delighted to have your support as a Commercial Partner for the term 2024-2026, and look forward to working with you. Please complete the below information to confirm partnership agreement details, website and Bulletin listings and invoicing information.

Exhibitor Attendance at National Conferences

One single exhibition space with 2 exhibitor passes for your team at one national event per year is included in Commercial Partnership Packages. Please confirm the event you will be attending as part of your package. Should you wish to include both events, an additional fee of £775+VAT will be added to your Commercial Partnership invoice at the start of your term. Eligible events include our National Care at Home and Housing Support event, Friday 17th May 2024 at the Radisson Blu Glasgow, and our National Care Home event, Friday 15th November at the Hilton Glasgow. Please note exhibition space does not include attendance to the evening awards which must be booked separately. Events for 2025 will be confirmed ahead of the start of your second year of partnership.

Website and Members Bulletin Listing

We will include all Commercial Partners details on our website, and in our quarterly Membership Bulletin. Please complete the details below as they should appear on your company listing. Should the contact person or details for members differ from the partnership contact, please add details of this also.

Our new Supplier Directory will launch on our website in April 2024, and Commercial Partnerships include a listing here too. This will include your contact details as listed above, however as a smaller listing, will feature a condensed company overview - please complete the details below.

Additional Items/ Activities

Additional items or activities can be added at the start of the term to create a bespoke package for the year, or added if required at a later date. This may include additional / double size event stand space, additional exhibitor passes for events, event sponsorship items, Care Award sponsorships, event raffle prizes, Membership Bulletin advertising/ editorial content etc. Please advise below if you would like further details on any of these options. There is no requirement to add any additional items to Commercial Partnership packages, however these can be arranged at the start of the year, or at any time throughout the year if preferred.

Invoicing Details

Invoices for Commercial Partnerships are issued annually at the start of each financial year. Any known additional items or activities for the year can be added to annual invoices if helpful to create one annual invoice. Any additional items can also be invoiced separately if preferred. Please complete the below section with invoicing details, including contact details if different from the partnership contact,
