1. Emerging Talent Award – Celebrating newcomers making an extraordinary impact.
2. Care Services Coordination/Administration Award – Recognising those ensuring seamless service delivery.
3. Care Learning Award – Honouring individuals or teams excelling in learning and development.
4. Leadership Award – Highlighting inspirational leaders driving positive change.
5. Outstanding Achievement Award – Acknowledging those who go above and beyond in care.
6. Care Worker of the Year – Recognising exceptional hands-on care professionals.
7. Care Innovation Award – Rewarding creativity and new approaches in care delivery.
8. Technology & People Award – Showcasing the effective integration of technology in enhancing care.
9. Provider of the Year – Honouring outstanding care service providers.
10. Positive Impact Award – Celebrating efforts that create meaningful and lasting change.

Nominations are open now and will close on Friday 28 February 2025, at 5:00 pm. If you know a deserving individual, team, or organisation, don’t miss the chance to nominate them!

Entering the Awards is easy! Just follow these steps:

1. Choose the Right Category
   • Review the Award Category Guidelines to identify the category that best fits the person, team, or organisation you wish to nominate.
2. Prepare Your Entry
   • Read the Rules & Tips document for advice on crafting a strong nomination.
   • Watch our Awards Hints & Tips Webinar, where our Deputy CEO, Karen Hedge, shares insights on what judges are looking for and how to create a standout entry.
3. Submit Your Nomination
   • Submit your entry online through our website or download the Word version, complete it, and email it to [email protected].
   • If you choose to submit online, please note that the form must be completed in one sitting. To prepare, consider downloading the Word version first to familiarise yourself with the questions.
