The website referred to in this Privacy Policy and Fair Processing Notice is owned and operated by Scottish Care.  Scottish Care is a private company limited by guarantee, registered in Scotland, Company No: SC243076 [“Scottish Care”] , and registered according to the Data Protection Act 1998, Registration Number Z8698409.  We provide this website to member care home owners to display care homes they are marketing. We are not care home owners ourselves.
